Down Time Aviation offers a simple one time fix for the annoying and potentially dangerous TBM nose shimmy.

As a TBM owner myself I was frustrated with chronic nose wheel shimmy on my otherwise wonderful aircraft so I decided to find a fix, and I did.


After 500 hours and 2 years my company obtained a Supplemental Type Certificate from the FAA.

This modification completely eliminates the problem of nose wheel shimmy and now it's available to you!


More than 10% of the TBM fleet is now equipped with our STC modification.
